HALFDROP is dedicated to bringing you new and contemporary pieces of home decor. Our goal is to make fabric design objects available to as many people as possible, and to offer the chance to own an original design brought to you by our designers.
By registering, you've gained access to a whole new design horizon with constant updates as to what we are preparing next, exclusive deals on newly launched products and tailored coupons to make every purchase worthy of your time.
Items are often produced in small quantities, and their availability is limited, so be one step ahead.
Membership is free, and you're not obligated to purchase anything as a member — we simply want to introduce you to the very best of our design.
CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
We'll be sorry to see you go, but you can cancel your HALFDROP membership at any time. We may send you a short questionnaire where the answers might help us improve our general services based on your opinions.
Simply email contact@half-drop.ro and we'll begin processing your request right away.
I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO?
Click "Forgot Password" just below the Login fields and you'll be prompted to enter your email address.
We'll send you a temporary password and a link to where you can change the password.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD, EMAIL ADDRESS, BILLING OR DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Changing your email address and password is easy — simply hover over the account icon on the top right of the screen and select the "My account" and follow the instructions in your account dashboard to change either or both. You provide your shipping address each time you order.
If you've ordered before, your address will appear automatically in the input field; if you'd like to have your address delivered to a different address, simply provide this address instead.
HOW CAN I VIEW MY PREVIOUS ORDERS?
Hover over the account icon on the top right of the screen and select the "My account" — after loging in your dashboard will display a list of your orders.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
When you've seen something you like, add it to your cart. You can view your cart anytime by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner of the screen and a side menu will show all your products listed in the cart. You can remove items from your cart easily by clicking the X next to the product.
When you're ready for the next step, click Checkout. You will be directed to a new window where you'll be asked for the delivery and billing address. If you've shopped with us before, your address will be saved in our system, but check carefully to make sure the details are correct! Should your billing and delivery addresses differ, it's possible to give a separate delivery address.
Please fill the required information carefully, as we do not take any responsibility for faulty or incomplete delivery addresses.
After you've entered your details, you'll begin the payment process. Before you pay, though, please take a second to read the General Terms and Conditions and cancellation policies carefully — confirming your order means that you automatically accept these.
All product prices include VAT taxes applied in the country of origin.
We strive to expand our payment and delivery options, however you will find that they are limited depending on your location. If you have further inquiries you can either emails us at contact@half-drop.ro or subscribe to our newsletters to stay updated on the latest news.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
We aim for perfection when manufacturing our products. However, slight variations may occur from product to product, within a range of 0.5-1cm. That will not affect the quality of the product you choose, but rather testify to its individual manufacturing process, making each item unique.
We cannot take responsibility for how colors display at your end, since monitors have varied settings and technical specifications. Placing an order means you accept this, and understand that can't return an item based on minor inconsistencies regarding the color of products.
We reserve the right to change replace fabrics for any of the items, by reason of stock availability and manufacturing conditions, with a similar fabric in terms of fiber composition and fabric weight without prior notice, respecting our commitment to quality.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I'VE PLACED AN ORDER?
Once payment is complete, you'll receive an email from HALFDROP confirming your order. Please check spam folder as well, as the order might have ended up there my chance.
HOW CAN I CHECK ON AN ORDER?
You can check on the status of an order at all times. Simply hover over the account icon on the top right of the screen and select from the "Orders" menu to see where along the process your items are.

I'D LIKE TO CHANGE MY ORDER DETAILS
If you'd like to change the addresses, details, or contents of an order please email contact@half-drop.ro. Please note that the order might have already been processed. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed. if the order has already been cleared for payment it cannot be changed.
I'D LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER
To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must email us at contact@half-drop.ro. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.
If the order has already been cleared for payment it cannot be changed or canceled.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
It's entirely possible the confirmation has landed in your spam folder, so please double-check.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
HALFDROP currently accepts the following methods of payment:
— Credit/debit Card (Visa/Visa Electron/MasterCard/Maestro)
— PayPal
— Payment on delivery(conditions apply, selected areas only)
To pay, choose your preferred method in the shopping cart and follow the instructions.
Online payment through Euplatesc (Visa/Visa Electron/MasterCard/Maestro).
If your payment method of choice is "Online payment" it is necessary to fill out the form with the required information about your card in the secure pop-up page of the payment processing platform.
-The payment with credit/debit cards registered with Visa and MasterCard (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are done through the "3-D Secure" system, provided by organisations that ensure that the online transactions have the same security level as those processed through an ATM or POS.
-"3-D Secure" makes sure that no information that you provided related to your bank card is not transferred or saved, at any given time, on the servers of our online store or on those of the payment processing platform, this data being directly introduced into the Visa and MasterCard systems.
WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT BE DEBITED?
Your account will be debited as soon as you place your order.
I CAN'T FIND MY COUNTRY IN THE LIST
We strive to extend our shipping network, so make sure to subscribe to our news and we will notify our customers when a new shipping destination is added. For the moment, we only allow purchases from within the European Union.
HOW SAFE IS SHOPPING AT HALFDROP?
HALFDROP uses SSL encryption for all transactions. All data is transferred through an encrypted 128 SSL connection, which ensures that the personal data you send us is safe and protected from third parties.
The most important component of our secure system, however, is your password. Please keep this private to ensure that it does not pass to a third party. We operate in accordance with all data protection laws and regulations, and only use your personal data to complete transactions and orders, as well as to improve our service.
No personal data will ever be passed on to a third party without first seeking your express approval.

HOW WILL MY PURCHASE BE DELIVERED?
After being securely packed in our warehouse, your order will be shipped to you according to the information provided in the checkout page.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. We strive to ship all orders within 1 business day; however that varies daily according to order volume. Please allow for up to 3-5 days for shipment of your package, once it has processed.
The goods will not be dispatched until the customer has paid the full invoice amount. The goods will not be handed over prior to full cash payment on delivery if such payment method is available. We do not offer items for testing purposes.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Sure! Make sure to note the address where you wish the item to be sent as the Shipping Address during payment, or email contact@half-drop.ro to have it changed.Please note that if the item is already cleared shipping process, we cannot alter shipping information. You may choose to contact the carrier and attempt to solution this with them.
WHAT COUNTRIES WILL YOU DELIVER TO?
MONOQI currently only delivers to specific EU countries: Austria, germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, but we're constantly expanding our delivery zone — we'll let you know when your country is added to the list!
THE PACKAGE HASN'T ARRIVED. WHAT NEXT?
If your package hasn't arrived within the stated delivery time, please contact our customer service department so we can check the status of the delivery. We're always available at contact@half-drop.ro
HOW DO RETURNS WORK?
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from Halfdrop. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling or other charges.
To begin the refund process please email us at contact@half-drop.ro and request a return number and shipping address. Any items returned to us without completion of this required steps will not be taken into consideration, and regarded as an unsolicited request, for which we cannot take any responsibility.
The refund will be processed through the payment option used when placing the order. We do not cover any costs or commissions required to fulfill the refund.
Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the items. All items must be in original condition and in their original packaging.
Laundered items will not be accepted.
Product faults must be documented and reported immediately after receiving and reviewing your product. We will not consider any requests for refunds later than this. This includes stains, tears, faulty functional accessories (zippers etc.).
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM AFTER I HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED A PURCHASE?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges online. If you want a product for a different size or color, please contact us at contact@half-drop.ro. Delivery charges will apply.
THE ITEM I BOUGHT APPEARS TO BE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
Sometimes despite our most careful preparation and packaging, accidents happen. Send an email to contact@half-drop.ro. Including pictures, if possible, will help us understand and resolve the issue quickly.
Product faults must be documented and reported immediately after receiving and reviewing your product. We will not consider any requests for refunds later than this. This includes stains, tears, faulty functional accessories (zippers etc.).
WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?
Your refund will be released as soon as the return has been processed. The funds will be returned to the account or card used for the purchase, or arrangements will be made to return any cash on delivery payment. Please note that credit card refunds can take longer to process, and while we work as quickly as possible, individual banks may take more time to process repayments.
You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. The refund will be processed through the payment option used when placing the order. We do not cover any costs or commissions required to fulfill the refund.
